IBC2017 Media Supporter Programme

Each of the Agreements provide a different level of commitment from both IBC and the Media Supporter. As part of the agreement the Media Supporter will be required to provide IBC with space to promote the appropriate news, editorial content (print and digital) e-newsletters and website banners. In return IBC offers print and website exposure to all visitors and exhibitors both in the lead up to and during the show.

Below are the Media Supporter agreements for 2017.

IBC2017 Digital Agreement Requirements

IBC will provide:

  • company name listing & URL on IBC website Digital Supporters page
  • basic listing in the IBC Catalogue (company name as Media Supporter)
  • banner (768x90 - 30kb) for 6 months on Media Supporters page
  • 3 x press passes
     

Supporter will provide:

  • banner on website to run from date of agreement to end of January 2018 (min. 6 months)
  • banner/button on 2 x electronic updates/e-newsletters to Supporter database
  • editorial of 300 words + image for digital publication
  • advert in digital publication (where applicable)
  • 6 x retweets or Facebook shares to be placed on magazine Social Media pages

IBC2017 Publication Bin Agreement Requirements

IBC will provide:

  • 1 x distribution Bin in a designated walkway at IBC2017
  • 3 x press passes
  • basic listing in the IBC Catalogue (company name & bin location)
  • company name listing & URL on IBC website
     

Partner will provide:

  • print advertisement(s)
  • digital banner
  • IBC logo, dates and website address to be placed on digital e-newsletter
  • editorial of 300 words + image for digital or print publication
  • 6 x retweets or Facebook shares to be placed on magazine Social Media pages

IBC2017 Publication Booth Agreement Requirements

Please be advised your booth must be manned at all times during the show

IBC will provide:   

  • 1 x distribution Booth with 2 stools in one of the dedicated walkways
  • company name listing & URL on IBC website Media Supporter page
  • Digital version of publication displayed on IBC.org Digital Newsstand year round
  • 3 x Press passes
  • basic listing in the IBC Catalogue (Name / Country and booth number)


Partner will provide:

  • print advertisements (min. x3)
  • digital banner
  • IBC logo, dates and website address to be placed on digital e-newsletter
  • editorial of 300 words + image for digital or print publication
  • 4 x dedicated emails to full subscriber list on behalf of IBC (to be placed into supporter's own HTML email template)
  • 6 x retweets or Facebook shares to be placed on magazine Social Media pages
