Unveiling the latest innovations and technological thinking, the peer-reviewed Technical Papers remain the cornerstone of the IBC Conference. Promoting technological innovation striped of all marketing and commercial pressure, the IBC Technical Papers and Posters stand or fall on the strength of their argument and expertise alone. Only the sharpest, relevant and most well researched are selected for publication at IBC and you can catch them - and their authors - in the Advances in Technology stream at the IBC Conference.
IBC Technical Papers Sessions & Posters
Publishing Your Research
Competition for the IBC Technical Papers and Posters is intense and IBC’s experienced Technical Papers Committee have now reviewed all proposals to choose those which they believe to be the most advanced, innovative and thought-provoking.
Authors of successful proposals are invited to prepare full papers for publication and to make presentations at the conference in September. The best paper will also receive the accolade of the IBC Best Conference Paper, which last year was awarded to Andrew Cotton and Tim Borer of BBC Research & Development for their paper 'A Display Independent High Dynamic Range Television System'.
Posters & the IBC Future Zone
Technical Posters are selected alongside the Technical Papers and will be on display at IBC2016 for all attendees to view at the IBC Future Zone. Here you could meet the authors of the posters and gain real insight in to the latest projects being developed in the world’s R&D labs.
Technical Papers Committee
The technical papers committee are drawn from the leading engineers and technologists in the industry, who review each paper and submission thoroughly to ensure only the best make it to IBC each year.
