Korea Broadcasting Technology Association was established by Korea Communications Commission for the advancement of the broadcasting technology industry as a nonprofit corporation. It has an enrollment of 165 domestic companies as members such as broadcasting equipment, sound, light and solution. They mainly push forward with cultural exchange by supporting the participation of foreign exhibition.
KBTA introduces Korean broadcasting industry news and offers information from publishing journals on the broadcasting technology industry.
By running broadcasting tech support, they offer not only consultant service and research on the actual conditions but they also give announcements of new technologies. In addition, they host workshops and public demonstrations as well.
