The RS2i Broadcast Business Unit is dedicated to automation of digital processes in the Broadcast industry.
RS2i has developed the 'Orchestrator' system, a full SOA solution committed to the orchestration of technical tasks in broadcast Workflows.
With Orchestrator, media files can be moved, converted in any formats, checked for quality, transferred to open storage system, media servers, MAM … Those operations can be monitored by Orchestrator through automated technical workflows or user demand. Orchestrator keeps and shares all along the media’s life cycle, the metadata between edit and archive systems …
Working in partnership with key editors, RS2i is able to move content and metadata in and out of products like AVID Interplay for postproduction, iNews for newsrooms or EVS IPDirector for sports events.
