About DL4000
The DL4000 is a new generation of universal video transport leveraging Artel’s carrier class video transmission experience. Designed from the ground up as a video transport platform, its features include: multi-purpose, single piece function modules; flexible chassis designs for deploying 1, 4, or 12 modules; a common set of external SFP optics; front panel accessible status LEDs and monitor ports. The DL4000 platform supports all standard video formats and ethernet traffic including: 3G-SDI, HD-SDI, SD-SDI, SDTI, DVB-ASI, ATSC, NTSC, PAL, Gigabit Ethernet, broadcast quality video over IP featuring SMPTE 2022 encapsulation and forward error correction (FEC); video and audio format conversion; signal generator, circuit verification and monitoring; plus WDM, CWDM and DWDM optical multiplexing.
Along with its on-board HTTP, SNMP Element Management System and NEBS Level 3 Certification, its rugged design makes it the most dependable platform on the market.
