Photron will present at this year’s IBC the Fastcam SA6-HD high speed imaging system. In keeping with the current Fastcam BC2-HD system the Fastcam SA6 matches sensitivity, dynamic range and colour fidelity that have made the BC2 so attractive and at a very attractive price. Providing full HD resolution (1,920 x 1,080 pixels) at frame rates up to 1,500 frames per second (fps), and SD resolution (720 x 576 pixels) at frame rates up to 5,000fps the Fastcam SA6 can be applied to commercial, motion picture, outside sports broadcast, and documentary production.
