The Russian Satellite Communication Company (RSCC) is the Russian state satellite operator with global coverage, five teleports and 11 spacecraft located in the geostationary orbital arc from 14 West to 140 East, which covers the territory from the eastern coast of America to Australia.
Today RSCC is working on seven new satellites. The nearest launch is planned for the August – September of 2011. «Express-AM4» will be the first satellite with Ka-band in the Russian satellite fleet.
RSCC provides a full range of communications and broadcasting services using its own optical fibre infrastructure: TV and radio broadcasting, distribution and contribution, Broadband Internet access, data transmission, video conferencing, VSAT network deployment, departmental and corporative communications networks worldwide.
RSCC’s services are available in 35 countries. Among RSCC customers are the largest TV and radio companies and broadcast networks, telecommunications companies, mobile and fixed-line telephony, Internet and VSAT providers, government agencies and state-owned enterprises, trans-national corporations, business entities and financial institutions.
