Details:

Digital cinema continues to rollout across Europe driven in part by audience demand for stereo 3D and the flexibility of scheduling alternative content to cinema theatres.

This special session organised by the European Digital Cinema Forum(EDCF) reviews the progress made in D-cinema from a technological and business perspective.

Come and hear from the leaders of Europe’s digital cinema business including from post production and d-cinema mastering specialist Deluxe Digital, d-cinema systems supplier XDC, projection technology developers Barco and Doremi plus R&D powerhouse the Fraunhofer Institute and for an impartial appraisal, IMAGO, the European Federation Cinematographers.

This session is intentionally more broad-based than other sessions focussed on stereo 3D at the conference and will appeal to anyone with an involvement or interest in d-cinema.
