       Michael Crimp Michael Crimp
chief executive officer
Michael's job is to lead a motivated IBC team and ensure that IBC is a success for all the stakeholders. With 24 years experience in this industry, his background is in publishing and events. He holds an MBA from Leicester Business School specialising in marketing and business strategy.  
       Karen Furnell

Karen Furnell
PA to ceo / IT, office and HR manager
Karen has a varied role within IBC. She is personal assistant to the ceo, and is responsible for human resources policy and IT/office management at IBC.

Conference
       Charlotte Pudney Charlotte Pudney
Events Consultant
Charlotte is currently working as IBC's Event Consultant, covering whilst Jaisica Lapsiwala is on maternity leave. She is responsible for developing and implementing the IBC conference strategy, with a view to taking the IBC conference portfolio forward and increase brand penetration worldwide.
       HoYee Li Ho-Yee Li
conference assistant manager
Ho-Yee supports the conference manager in the planning and implementation of the IBC Conference and associated activities to ensure that speakers and delegates receive a high quality and seamless conference experience. This includes efficient co-ordination of all conference committees, producer and speaker groups both pre-show and onsite.

 Exhibition
      Darren Whitehead Darren Whitehead
director of sales
Darren's role is to co-ordinate the sales and customer care programmes for IBC's ever-expanding client base.
       Kelli Neve Kelli Neve
exhibition manager
Kelli manages the exhibition team in the administration and delivery of the IBC exhibition.  She is responsible for developing and implementing our exhibitor care and communication programme to ensure that expectations of our exhibitors are met at IBC.  Kelli works closely with the RAI, contractors and suppliers to ensure the smooth and successful build up, break down and delivery of IBC.
       Emily Webzell Emily Herrington
senior exhibition co-ordinator
Emily supports IBC exhibitors with their stand information and assisting with exhibition planning and delivery of the exhibition.   Emily is also responsible for producing the exhibition floorplan drawings, co-ordinating the online exhibitor manual, exhibition catalogue and works closely with our appointed contractors and the RAI Exhibitor Services departments.
       Sarah Cunningham

Sarah also supports IBC exhibitors with their stand information, exhibition planning and delivery of the exhibition.  Sarah works alongside Emily with the exhibition stand allocations and is also responsible for co-ordinating added value exhibitor opportunities and works closely with the RAI Exhibitor Services departments.

      Kim Burton Kim Burton

Kim assists the Exhibition team with their day-to-day duties to support exhibitor needs. Kim is also responsible for managing the meeting rooms and balcony suites for exhibitors and works closely with the rest of the team to provide support throughout the year.

Operations

Clare oversees all operational aspects of the event and provides clear and strong leadership to the operations team. She brings a wide range of event experience gained over thirteen years in the industry. She considers any fiscal and operational efficiencies which can be implemented, and seeks creative and innovative solutions to situations. She also ensures smooth operational performance onsite.
 
       Tamsin Christofides Tamsin Christofides 
operations project manager
Tamsin has been a key member of the IBC Operations Team for four years and contributes extensive knowledge about IBC to both the team and the organisation. Tamsin is primarily responsible for a range of key projects across the event, including the Production Village, managing the accommodation booking service and IBC’s presence at NAB.
       Sophie Laxton Sophie Laxton

Sophie brings over eight years experience in the event industry from the public and private sectors to IBC. Sophie has extensive project management skills, grown from managing a range of events, including the largest healthcare event in the UK. Sophie is responsible for a range of key projects across the event including co-ordinating security, signage and sponsorship fulfilment.
      Georgina Bently Leek Georgina Bentley-Leek
operations executive
Georgina gained a 2.1 in English Literature from Newcastle University and holds postgraduate diploma in event management. She joined IBC after a short period at Quintessentially Events followed by a successful 6 month period with IBC as a contractor in the operations team. Georgina provides an overall supporting and administrative role to the team.

Marketing
       Kelly Hyde

Kelly Hyde
marketing manager
Kelly joined IBC in 2008 and holds a business and marketing degree from DeMontfort University. She brings over 10 years of marketing experience including a high level of knowledge in digital marketing. As well as taking responsibility for the creation, management and delivery of IBC’s marketing plans and long term strategy, Kelly also manages IBC’s in-house marketing team.

       Natalie Stedman

Natalie supports the team in delivering a high quality event marketing campaign. Natalie is responsible for co-ordinating a wide range of print requirements and managing the contras.

       Amanda Dixon Amanda Dixon
marketing executive
Amanda also supports the team in delivering a high quality event marketing campaign. She is responsible in particular for co-ordinating website content and distributing the IBC press releases.
      Suzanne Hutchings Suzanne Hutchings
marketing executive
Suzanne supports the marketing team to provide a high quality event marketing campaign and is responsible for coordinating specific projects relevant to the growth of the company, including providing a detailed and up to date catalogue for the show.

 Finance
       Glenn Robinson Glenn Robinson
director of finance
A fully qualified chartered accountant with 30 years' experience, Glenn has been with IBC for 10 years and is responsible for the IBC budget and all other financial matters. He also sits on the IBC Board as company secretary.
       Stacey Henry Stacey Henry
accounts supervisor and credit controller
Stacey is responsible for encouraging our customers to make their payments within IBC's generous terms. She also provides assistance to the rest of the finance team as needed.
       Beth Gumb Beth Gumb
management accountant
Beth joined IBC in 2009 to support the director of finance in the day-to-day operation of the finance function, including preparing the management accounts and assisting with the annual financial statements and the audit.
       Amy Aherne Amy Aherne
sales ledger
Amy has been with IBC for four years and is responsible for the sales ledger, including sales invoicing, dealing with payments and customer queries.
       Andrea Thompson Andrea Thompson
purchase ledger
Andrea joined IBC in 1999 and has good background knowledge of IBC and its show history. Andrea is mainly responsible for purchasing, which involves paying all suppliers and expenses, and ensuring all purchase ledger accounts are paid within relevant payment terms.
