Senior Exhibition Co-ordinator - 1 Year Fixed Contract
IBC is seeking a Senior Exhibition Co-ordinator to join the Exhibition Team on a 1 year fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity for an exhibition professional to enhance their skills and experience in this world leading event.
Reporting to the Exhibition Manager, the senior Exhibition Co-ordinator will ensure clear communication and high levels of exhibitor care are delivered to IBC’s 1,300+ exhibitors, thereby delivering a successful exhibiting experience and demonstrable ROI.
The role involves communicating with existing customers regarding their space allocation for the exhibition and dealing with any queries they may have. To manage relationships with exhibitors, the venue, contractors, stand designers developing clear communication to ensure the smooth and successful build up, breakdown and delivery of IBC. You will also promote added value exhibitor services such as meeting rooms and early hall access to maximise increased revenue streams. At the show you will support the exhibition build-up and breakdown process as well as sell the show for the following year.
This role is suited to an individual who is self-motivated and passionate, with a flexible approach to customer service, looking to work within a team of experienced, dedicated and hard working individuals. An ability to communicate well with people of all levels in a calm and patient manner is essential to this role as well as a strong eye for detail. You will have a ‘can do’ attitude and an ability to work under pressure. Strong AutoCad skills with the ability to construct and draw technical floorplans is also important. An understanding of the Broadcast market is beneficial but not essential.

Operations Executive (1 year fixed term contract)
IBC is seeking an Operations Executive to join the Operations Team on a 1 year fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an operations professional with preferably at least two years event experience to enhance their skills and experience in this world leading event.
Reporting to one of the Operations Project Managers, the Operations Executive will provide support to the three Operations Team members to ensure IBC event operations are proactively planned, managed and delivered efficiently and meet the expectations of all stakeholders (internal and external).
The role involves providing support and being the first port of call for Ops enquiries. You will be involved in managing multiple (high profile) projects with conflicting and competing deadlines. You will assist with maintaining and ensuring the Real Estate master spreadsheet and the Event Project Plan is updated and accurate. You will need to quickly develop strong relationships with other internal departments, contractors and suppliers.
This role is suited to an individual who is self-motivated and passionate, with the ability to multi task with a high work rate, looking to work within a team of experienced, dedicated and hard working individuals. An ability to communicate well with people of all levels in a calm and patient manner is essential to this role as well as a strong eye for detail and strong IT skills (especially MS Excel). You will have a ‘can do’ attitude and an ability to work under pressure.
