Registration Assistant

IBC is seeking a Registration Assistant to join the team during the summer to provide first line support to visitors and delegates in the run up to the show.  Reporting to the Audience Marketing Manager, the assistant will manage the registration help desk, deal with enquiries from customers (both technical and general) and process registrations for stand personnel.  They will also monitor all registrations and provide timely updates. 

We are looking for a disciplined administrator with strong IT skills coupled with good customer service skills.  An effective team player who can multi-task at a high work rate whilst still maintaining keen attention to detail.

Exhibition Team Administrator

IBC is seeking a Team Administrator to join the team during the summer to provide general support to the Exhibition Team.  Reporting to the Exhibition Manager, the Administrator’s tasks include maintaining sponsorship contracts filing, monitoring/responding to general exhibitor enquiries by email and phone, assisting with updates to the exhibitor database, as well as other general adhoc administration. 

We are looking for a disciplined administrator with excellent time management coupled with good customer service skills.  An effective team player who can multi-task at a high work rate whilst still maintaining keen attention to detail.  Experience of events is of benefit.
