Registration AssistantIBC is seeking a Registration Assistant to join the team during the summer to provide first line support to visitors and delegates in the run up to the show. Reporting to the Audience Marketing Manager, the assistant will manage the registration help desk, deal with enquiries from customers (both technical and general) and process registrations for stand personnel. They will also monitor all registrations and provide timely updates. |
Exhibition Team AdministratorIBC is seeking a Team Administrator to join the team during the summer to provide general support to the Exhibition Team. Reporting to the Exhibition Manager, the Administrator’s tasks include maintaining sponsorship contracts filing, monitoring/responding to general exhibitor enquiries by email and phone, assisting with updates to the exhibitor database, as well as other general adhoc administration.
