Please refer to signs which detail the benefits of each pass in the conference registration area. A leaflet will be given out to all conference delegates on top of your bag, and there will also be a conference information point in the Forum to help you with any queries that you may have.
What if a colleague has already collected a badge on my behalf? What will they do?
A message will appear to alert the colleague who has picked up his/her badge that it has already been collected. A badge can be re-printed on site if necessary.
What happens with a lost Flexi/Bronze pass?
Please go to the conference registration desk which is located in the Forum Lounge to get another badge. We will cancel your old badge and replace it with a new one.
How can I get extra sessions onto my badge? Where does this happen?
Please go to the any conference registration desk in the Forum Lounge to upgrade your badge. A new badge will be created with the extra sessions added and the old badge will be cancelled.
Where do I pick up my lead retrieval scanner?
Please go to the Lead Retrieval room in the Elicium Passage. The collection is open from Monday 5 September for the duration of the show.
My name is spelt wrong, what should I do?
For any exhibition visitors please go to a new registrations desk in the Elicium Passage, login, and make corrections. If the badge has already been printed, please go to Badge Assistance in the Elicium Passage where the record can be corrected and reprinted. The incorrect badge needs to be handed in to the registration assistant. For any conference delegates, please go to any desk in the Forum and they will be able to amend your badge.
My email address or confirmation number is not found, what should I do?
If your email address or confirmation number is not recognised, please seek assistance from a registration assistant at the Badge Assistance desk in the Elicium Passage. 12.
I have a customer ticket, where do I go?
Please go to the New Registration area in the Elicium Passage.
I am an Exhibitor/Visitor/Press/Conference Delegate, where do I go?
- Member of the press - Jade Lounge in Park Entrance
- Conference Delegate – Forum (this includes Gold, Silver, Bronze, Flexi book, Single Session and Speaker Passes)
- Exhibitor - Elicium
- Visitor - Europa, Elicium Passage and Holland Entrances
Where do I go to store my luggage?
You will find cloakroom facilities in Holland, Park or Europa Entrances.
Where do I go to find hotel, travel information etc?
Information points are located in the Holland, Park and Europa entrances. Also there is a RAI Hotel and Travel Service stand located in the Holland lounge that will be able to assist you.

Please go to New Registrations in the Elicium Passage. If you want to register as a conference delegate onsite please go to the New Registration desk in The Forum Lounge.
When can I pick up my badge?
- Exhibitor Registrations open Tuesday 6 September 09:00
- Conference Registration starts on Wednesday 7 September at 14:00, Conference starts on Thursday 8 September at 07:30
- Press Registration starts from Wednesday 7 September at 14:00
- Work Pass Registration starts from Tuesday 6 September at 08:00
Is my badge valid for the exhibition?
Apart from work passes, all other categories of badge are valid for the exhibition.
