The IBC Big Screen was a large screen, state of the art digital cinema - with 2k, 4k and 3D projection and 5.1 surround sound and was an integral part of the event. This investment was part of IBC2009’s commitment to the comprehensive experience, giving visitors the chance to experience and debate the latest developments in d-cinema and see the best possible content with the best possible presentation equipment.
Attendees at this year's IBC Awards Ceremony were treated to a 16 minute extract of James Cameron’s stunning new 3D movie, Avatar (released on 18 December 2009), which immerses the audience in a world beyond imagination. Take a look at a preview clip of the film here.
