Sponsored Session
Demonstrate your organisation’s position as an indsutry thought leader by hosting your own session within the conference’s Added Value stream and gain the leading edge ahead of your competitors. The opportunity allows you to host a non-commercial session with up to 6 people on stage in a one and a half hour session in the main conference offering. Alternatively, why not use this as an opportunity to host a private presentation, using the excellent facilities in the IBC Conference rooms? Your company will work closely with the IBC team to ensure that the sessions have high editorial and production values. You will receive:

Breakfast or Lunch Briefings
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Early morning sessions from 08:00 – 09:00 provide a convenient time for an added value session which is open to all exhibition visitors, exhibitors and delegates to start their day with the opportunity to learn and network over coffee and croissants. Sponsorship of a breakfast briefing gives your organisation strategic opportunity to position yourself within the targeted segments of the industry. A breakfast briefing will be based around a current industry hot topic and offers you the opportunity to deliver a short presentation and lots of discussion and debate! The breakfast briefings aim to generate thought-provoking conversation. Your company will work closely with the IBC team to ensure that the sessions have high editorial and production values. You will receive:

Networking Drinks Receptions
Meet your peers and strike up new relationships in a fun and informal atmosphere. Host a coffee break between sessions, or a drinks reception at the close of each Conference day (including Friday - Monday). This opportunity to host a drinks reception can be tailored to be as low or high key as you require. An example of opportunities to take advantage of:

Online Attendee Networking Tool
Our easy-to-use and efficient online networking tool is put in place in advance of the event for delegates and speakers to maximise their time at the show and used throughout the show and post-show. By ensuring that your logo is on the networking website, sponsorship of the online networking tool will provide your company with excellent opportunities to create maintain and enhance brand awareness and customer relationships. Over 500 delegates registered onto the online networking tool in 2010 to message each other, upload videos and arrange appointments for IBC. Combine this option with sponsorship of the Wi-Fi zone at the show to make the most of the contacts you will obtain.
