RAI Exhibition and Congress Centre
IBC's venue, the Amsterdam RAI Exhibition and Congress Centre, is well situated and easily accessible from all directions. Its own train station is less than 10 minutes from Schiphol Airport which boasts regular flights to all parts of the world.
The RAI is linked to the city centre by both trams and Amsterdam's sneltram (metro) network. It is alongside the A10 Amsterdam orbital motorway, with extensive car parking below the exhibition centre.
The fully air-conditioned RAI complex is one of the leading international exhibition and congress centre in Europe. Under one roof, IBC brings together over 49,000 attendees from more than 130 countries and over 1,400 of the industry's leading companies from all over the world.
Catering
Amsterdam RAI provides a selection of the finest restaurants, cafes, and tasty snack bars. Self-service catering is also available in several locations. In 2008, a unique city beach was created between Amsterdam RAI and the Beatrixpark.
Accessibility
The RAI is located in the south of the Amsterdam centre. Amsterdam’s international airport, Schiphol, which has direct flights to over 200 cities in 97 countries, is eight minutes from the RAI station by train.
Getting to the RAI
The Amsterdam RAI Exhibition and Congress Centre is situated next to Amsterdam’s A10 orbital motorway (exit S 109). Due to the small and busy streets, we advise you to leave your car outside the city and travel to the centre by public transportation.
Trams and Buses
Amsterdam has an extensive network of trams, buses and metros (subways). You can get to any destination within the city centre from another in less than an hour. They are frequent, regular and are free with your IBC 5-day travel pass which can be collected from the IBC information points from Thursday 9 September.
