Business Lounge

Sometimes at IBC you need a quiet place to talk. You might be finalising the terms of a deal, signing up a new distributor or even considering the merits of a new job offer.

Whatever the reason, the Business Lounge offers a quiet and relaxing area, and includes a number of private meeting rooms, comfortable lounge seating, computers, Wi-Fi and photocopy facilities, as well as catering facilities.

The Business Lounge can be accessed using the Auditorium entrance, located to the left of the IBC Big Screen (Entrance G) and is open to all IBC attendees to use.
The meeting room facilities are open for all IBC attendees to reserve and there is no charge to use the lounge or the meeting rooms.
The Business Lounge will be open from Friday 11th September – Tuesday 15th September, please see times below:

  • Friday - Monday: 10:00 - 17:00
  • Tuesday: 10:00 - 15:00

Business Lounge Facilities

  • there are 8 meeting rooms available to book in total which can hold up to 10 people
  • meeting rooms can be booked in 50 minute slots and you are only able to book a maximum of two slots per day
  • each meeting room will be equipped with a large table, chairs for the number of attendees, wi-fi and a power socket unless otherwise informed
  • if you require any further services (catering, furniture, AV equipment) please contact the RAI banqueting team directly:

Booking a Meeting Room

If you would like to book a meeting room please see the instructions below:

1. Click here to create an account in the reservation system
2. Check the schedule, all available slots are marked as white and unavailable in blue, once you have made a reservation these will be marked in green
3. Click on your preferred timeslot; fill in the onsite contact details and click on ‘Create’
4. Your reservation details will then be emailed to you as a confirmation of your booking
5. If you need to make any changes or cancel your booking you can do this yourself by logging back into the system here

Please note:

  • You must be a registered IBC visitor to book a meeting room in the Business Lounge
  • The booking process is based on a first come first served basis
  • Meeting rooms 1, 2, 3 & 6, 7, 8, 9 have a capacity of 1 – 5 people
  • Meeting rooms 4 & 5 are slightly bigger with capacities of 1 – 10 people
