IBC's official multimedia channel

IBCTV News was the official TV and webcasting channel for IBC. During IBC2009, you could find out all the latest stories from exhibitors, such as how they have handled the economic and industry challenges over the last year.

IBC TV News was viewable direct from hotel rooms, with details placed on room cards. During the show, IBC TV News was available in 10,000 hotel rooms between 07:00 and 09:00 each morning, with a series of web exclusives featuring key decision makers, manufactures’ updates from the show floor, plus the latest from the conference, IBC Awards, What Caught My Eye sessions and the Big Screen Experience.

For IBC2009, IBC TV News was located in the Production Village in Hall 9, which combined technology demonstration areas where visitors could directly compare a bigger range of cameras than ever before. The IBC TV News team were joined by Presenter, Rob Curling and experienced news editor, Graeme Bowd. It was produced by Sue Robinson and directed by David Spence.
