The IBC Awards are held in the Auditorium, taking advantage of the stereoscopic capabilities of the IBC Big Screen. This environment is excellent for showcasing the latest in stereoscopic 3D. For example, the IBC2011 Awards Ceremony ended with a unique presentation on the latest stereoscopic 3D wildlife programmes presented by Anthony Geffen of Atlantic Productions on the botanical wonders of Kew Gardens and The Bachelor King, shot on location amongst the penguins of South Georgia.

Submission for entries to the IBC2012 Innovation Awards is now open. These Awards are presented every September at IBC in recognition of those who push the boundaries of entertainment and media technology and help shape the future of the industry.
