    Tony started his career in 1988 at BAe Space & Communications division as a communications satellite systems engineer prior to transfering into Satellite Services in 1991 where he became a sales support engineer. 

    Tony joined NTL Broadcast (now Arqiva) in 1993 in the satellite services division. Here, he became responsible for the development of innovative solutions to be meet the requirements of broadcast customers, specialising in DTH uplink and MPEG compression services. He became Head of Product Development in the late 1990s. In this position he became involved in terrestrial TV services and the development of technical solutions for major bids. 

    In 2005, he led the technical team which prepared the successful bids for the High Power (DSO) DTT Transmission networks. Tony is now DSO Network Design Director and responsible for the provision of network level technical solutions related to the continued development of the High Power DTT transmission network.
