    Ytsen Kooistra

    Ytsen Kooistra founded the first VoIP provider in The Netherlands and has been active as an independent consultant after he sold his company to Telecom Italia's Dutch daughter company BBned. Ytsen has worked for cable companies, fibre-to-the home companies and incumbent operators as program manager and interim manager.

    Currently he holds the position of operations manager for CIF Operator. He's responsible for design, implementation and maintenance of CIF Operator's network.
