Nicholas Ng

Nicholas Ng is a Managing Consultant and CEO of NewMedia Solutions Pte Ltd (NMS) specialising in new media technologies and solutions used in enterprise networks as well as IPTV/Digital Broadcast TV Headed facilities such as high definition video encoding, streaming, media asset management, broadcast and subscriber management and multichannel monitoring.

He has 17 years of experience in the broadcast media industry serving customers in the Asia Pacific region, including the design and implementation of a turnkey Headend PayTV solution in Malaysia, an Enterprise Media Server system at the Media Development Authority of Singapore, a Broadband TV Streaming Infrastructure at SingTel, a Virtual Studio at MediaCorp and CG rendering farm at Sparky Animation. Before establishing NewMedia Solutions, he worked at the media solutions group of EMC2, Autodesk Media and Entertainment Division and the Singapore Broadcasting Corporation (now Media Corporation of Singapore). Nicholas received his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Information Systems at the National University of Singapore in 1992.
