IBC2009 sees the European launch of Calibre's VideoExcel VH100-HD format converter with frame synchroniser, real-time noise reduction and image enhancement. The VXL-100HD features true broadcast-grade image processing hosted on the award-winning Realta chip which has been optimized by Calibre's own firmware and hardware designs and is manufactured in-house by Calibre in the UK.
Calibre's PVProHD-DC digital cinema alternative content processor is also on display having recently been upgraded to include a real-time unsharp mask processing feature for the enhancement of low quality material for display on large movie screens. |
