There were a couple of new hi-tech additions to the IBC Exhibition in 2009.
First up was the incredibly useful e-Zone in Hall 10, situated next to the JVC Professional’s stand. The zone comprised seven computer stations, WiFi access and a lounge area with tables and chairs. And second, there was even a new Games Arena, click here for more information.

The Emerging Media Zones covered IPTV, mobile television and digital signage. The IBC Big Screen, a state of the art digital cinema, was used for demonstrations by manufacturers in the digital cinematography and display sectors, and at the end of the day visitors could relax and watch IBC's free screenings and movies.
