Dr. Paul Entwistle is a Technologist and Intellectual Property Consultant with over 20 years' experience in the Digital TV industry from working at Pace plc. (now Arris) - spanning product engineering, new technology development and intellectual property management, as well as corporate activities including M&A and financial PR. He also represented Pace on the DVB Steering Board 2009-2016 and currently chairs the IBC Technical Papers Committee.
