Susie Buckridge

Susie Buckridge was appointed CEO of YouView, the award-winning digital television platform owned by BT, TalkTalk, BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5 and Arqiva, in February 2019. Susie was previously Director of Product & Business Development at YouView getting the product to launch and through its recent evolution to a cloud-based, data rich TV platform in 3m UK homes.

Susie joined YouView from the BBC where she was Head of Strategy with a primary focus on future media initiatives and platform strategy. Before the BBC she worked as a consultant at Capgemini, Ernst & Young and Deloitte on strategy and organisation change projects across the UK and the Middle East specialising in Telecommunications and Media.

Susie has a deep understanding of the rapidly changing UK and global media market and a passion for product development and delivery. Her continued mission is to work with YouView’s seven shareholders, harnessing their combined strength in the UK market to bring ground-breaking new TV products and services to consumers.
