Abstract
Low-latency video streaming is essential for interactive live applications where both start-up responsiveness and end-to-end delay directly impact user experience. L3D-DASH allows clients to join streams closer to the live edge and to perform adaptive bitrate (ABR) switching at partial-segment granularity.
