Three new bags have been added to camRade’s travelMate series, all of which have been designed to maintain compactness while offering enough space for camera accessories and a laptop.
The travelMate 360, the travelMate Large and the travelMate XL all have a compartment divider set that allows users to customise the inside of the bag. Each also has a stabilising strap keeping the camera safely in place. Various pouches with zippers inside and out store small items and paperwork for quick access.
The travelMate 360 is created to carry on board an airplane and fits the overhead compartment. If room is limited, the rotating wheels with a 360-degree radius can be detached to minimise its outer dimensions. It can carry cameras with a maximum length of 45cm.
For mid-sized cameras the travelMate Large is advisable and for the bigger broadcast and cinema cameras the travelMate XL is ideal, claims the company. These bags come with rugged wheel sets designed for heavier payloads. To allow maximum flexibility, both larger bags can also be worn as a backpack.
Besides camera bags, camRade has also launched lots of new rain covers for recently introduced cameras from Arri, Blackmagic, Canon, JVC and Sony.
