3 Screen Solutions (3SS) has announced the launch of 3Ready Hero Search and 3Ready Hero for Editors, two new AI-supported features within 3Ready Hero, the UX Intelligence layer that 3SS embeds across the 3Ready platform.
3Ready Hero Search is designed to help users discover content through natural language with the ability to understand the user’s intent across operator and third-party content searches.
Ready Hero for Editors in the 3Ready Control Centre aims to provide service providers’ editorial teams with contextual answers and support to simplify operational workflows.
James Twitchett, Head of Product at 3SS, said: “With these new features we’re taking an editorially controllable approach to embedding AI safely. The platform is designed to use AI to create capabilities and tools that help service providers better understand a user’s intent in the context of entertainment experiences, but in a safe, managed and measured way.”
Introduced to the global market in March 2025, 3Ready Hero is the user experience intelligence layer embedded across all components of the 3Ready Platform.
