The inaugural World Skills Café was held at IBC2024 in Amsterdam in a bid to address the skills shortages in the media technology sector. The event brought together broadcasters, streaming brands, technology vendors, outside broadcast companies, studios, diversity leaders, recruiters and education representatives in a series of collaborative workshops and panels.
