The latest version of the BkA100 video delivery analytics solution is now available from Broadpeak.

Featuring a redesigned user-friendly interface, dashboard customisation tools and A/B testing capabilities, the tool is designed to provide operators with a more accurate and comprehensive view of what is happening within the video delivery network so that they can identify and adjust relevant parameters to continuously improve end-users’ QoE.

With the BkA100, operators can create detailed, customised and dedicated dashboards with visual metrics for various applications, such as live and VOD streaming, ad insertion, multicast ABR and more. Through customised analytics dashboards, the BkA100 enables operators to gain insights into video delivery to more effectively troubleshoot issues, reliably detect points of contention and specifically monitor the indicators that are most important for them.

In addition, it now supports A/B testing, which is key to navigating the ever-growing list of settings that operators can fine-tune within video delivery systems to optimise a viewer’s QoE. The BkA100 offers Cumulative Distribution Function (CDF) visualisations for A/B testing on the impact of a given parameter (for example, player version, CDN feature activation) on key QoE metrics such as startup time, bitrate and freezes.
