TalkTalk TV was one of the first telcos to go live with a ‘Content as a Service’ model enabling it to benefit from multi-screen streaming TV technology as well as a fully managed service that includes operations and content management. The launch made TalkTalk the first in Europe to offer TikTok on the big screen as part of an operator’s TV service. Now, Netgem – the developer behind the project – has come to IBC to showcase it.

According to the company, the TV and streaming service for TalkTalk Group demonstrates the power of the Content as a Service model which allows operators to benefit from a reliable TV service which not only removes complexity in operations and controls costs, but also stays ahead of the competition.
