Bullwinkel: audioXchange will be used as a central communication channel

The aim of the audioXchange platform is to digitise the planning and handling of radio advertising for customers and agencies, to make the process faster and more efficient. audioXcange combines planning, purchasing and booking, offering advertisers and radio stations a complete booking system on a single platform.

Arvato Systems will be responsible for developing the audioXchange backend and user interface design, and will provide hosting in the cloud.

Oliver Adrian, managing director of AS&S Radio until 31 March 2020, said: “With the audioXchange platform, both marketing companies are laying the foundations for further optimising the growth potential of the audio market where it is important, that is at the interfaces to the agencies. With Arvato Systems, we have found an experienced IT partner who will join us in our pursuit of this strategic path.”

Marianne Bullwinkel, CEO of RMS, pointed to the fact that audioXchange, as an open platform, “will be intensively used and further developed as a marketplace and central communication channel by agencies as well as other marketers and providers”.
