Anne Laure Tingry has been appointed Chief Data and AI Officer of French pay-TV group Canal+.
Canal+ said her appointment comes as the global media and entertainment group steps up its focus on artificial intelligence (AI).
Tingry will be responsible for leading Canal+’s data and AI strategy across all its markets and overseeing the implementation of projects in these areas.
She will report to Maxime Saada, Chairman of the Management Board and CEO of Canal+. Tingry will also join the group’s Executive Committee.
The executive joined France Télécom/Orange in 2002, holding marketing and sales roles before becoming Managing Director of Orange Store.
She later joined the executive committee of Orange France as Digital and Omnichannel Director and Director of the Data and AI Transformation Programme. In July 2024, she was appointed Executive Director of the Smart Mobility Services Business Line at Orange Business.
