Cable specialist Argosy has expanded its infrastructure portfolio with the addition of Gude Systems’ intelligent power distribution units (PDUs) and GeoTag asset tracking technology from Tazaar. The firm becomes an official distributor for both manufacturers.
The inclusion of Gude’s range of smart PDUs and power monitoring systems enables Argosy to support power management requirements for rack-based and distributed installations, supporting remote monitoring, switching and environmental oversight.
Argosy’s offering of GeoTag tracking will extend its capabilities into asset visibility and management. The system provides real-time location tracking and monitoring of equipment, useful for managing large inventories of valuable or mobile assets.

The RM-X-64, a new audio over IP (AoIP) reference monitor from Sonifex, supports 128 channels of simultaneous monitoring in a 1U chassis. The rear depth is less than 20cm, making it suitable for space-constrained environments such as OB vehicles and master control rooms.
