As part of a move to expand its range of services beyond technology consulting, Qvest Group has acquired a majority stake in macc, which specialises in business and organisational consulting as well as in training and coaching teams and individuals in organisational change management topics.

The core competencies of macc cover strategy and organisational development as well as the successful design of change processes. The range of services comprises every aspect from corporate innovation and digitalisation to all subjects of change and culture management as well as training and coaching for employee and executive development. macc also supports companies in optimising their business success by taking a customer-centric view in tailored sales and service excellence programmes.

macc is based in Bonn and currently employs 30 people with a team of around 25 consultants. As part of the transaction, Qvest Group has acquired a majority stake in the macc companies moench + associates GmbH and macc training GmbH.
