IBC highlights from Brainstorm will include the latest Suite 6.2 of its flagship products eStudio, InfinitySet and Aston, and a data-driven weather demonstration combining AR and virtual production.
Powered by InfinitySet and Unreal Engine 5, the demo features multi-scene management, talent tele-transportation, 3D LUT-based real set extension and hyper-realistic AR graphics with advanced rendering technologies including Gaussian splats. The hybrid production workflow combines real sets and virtual environments using a Modularpix Pro LED volume from Alfalite, Canon’s EOS C500 Mark II cameras, and CN-E Cinema Prime lenses mounted on XD Motion’s Arcam/IO.Bot robotic motion control systems.
Thanks to dual GPU support and the recently certified NVIDIA Blackwell architecture, a single workstation can handle complex virtual production tasks, spanning LED and chroma sets, multiple camera inputs and real-time AR graphics.
Also on show are the latest developments in the Edison Ecosystem for those creating immersive presentations, including EdisonGo, a custom-built capture environment that provides video and tracking information from an iPad, and Edison OnCloud, a subscription-based web service.
