Pronology to showcase StreamFile Core at IBC2026

Pronology is showcasing StreamFile Core at IBC2026, a platform that receives IP video feeds and encodes them into file-based formats including ProRes, DNx, HEVC and H.264 from a single cloud-based or on-premises system.

The platform integrates NDI, SRT, JPEG XS and SMPTE ST 2110. It can also output SRT or NDI streams, allowing it to act as a relay to other production tools.

A Shot List player allows users to create subclips from multiple angles with timecode accuracy, aimed at social media teams accessing VOD media from live environments. Its DVR-style clipping interface supports keyboard shortcuts for operators familiar with video editing software. Pronology has also migrated the platform to Linux.

Two-factor authentication and Okta support secure cloud instances and simplify access management. Channel grouping and subset management allow multiple teams to work on the same hardware while keeping media and metadata separate.

Pronology claims that StreamFile Core has been used by customers globally to ingest millions of hours of IP media.
