Danish integrated energy and telecommunications provider Norlys deployed EPG Correction Distillery from Media Distillery to enhance user experience (UX) for its 500,000 TV customers.

The product has been integrated across Norlys’ 50 most popular TV channels, and went live in Q3 2023. According to Media Distillery, 500,000 Norlys TV service subscribers now benefit from accurate EPG information, and can select programming on catch-up and replay.

EPG Correction Distillery is part of Media Distillery’s Time Marker Suite and uses AI to automatically analyse broadcasts across multiple channels, in real-time, and makes adjustments so as to ensure alignment with TV guide information.
