German systems integrator and reseller Teltec has signed a deal with Sony at IBC for 50 of its newly launched ILME-FR7 PTZ cameras.

“We were waiting for such a cinematic camera for several years,” said Mustafa Roya, Sales Director, Teltec. “This is the biggest step in the industry for us. It addresses exactly the customer that needs the cinematic look for events, broadcasting and low-light scenarios. It’s the first camera that solves all the issues we had.”
