Titanium from intoPIX is a series of development tools for developers, installers and end-users to accelerate the deployment of SMPTE ST 2110 and IPMX with intelligent JPEG XS connectivity in AV-over-IP workflows.
Jean-Baptiste Lorent, Marketing & Sales Director, intoPIX, said: “Combining JPEG XS with ST 2110 and IPMX enhances premium IP-based workflows by offering high video quality, low latency and bandwidth efficiency.”
Developers can use TitaniumSDK, a comprehensive software development kit for workstations and servers, leveraging embedded CPUs, multi-processes and discrete GPUs. It supports PCIe NIC cards, integrated NICs, and both compressed and uncompressed ST 2110. There is also an embedded development kit (TitaniumEDK) for SoC devices, including Nvidia Jetson SoC, AMD FPGA SoC and other ARM SoCs, using integrated NICs and leveraging software or hardware codec accelerations.
For installers and end-users there are two Titanium apps: TitaniumViewer, which transforms laptops or workstations into efficient viewers of ST 2110 or IPMX streams, with support for 8K or larger resolutions; and TitaniumShow, which converts PCs into single or multiple JPEG XS IP-based sources with display resolutions of all sizes.
