Patrick Byrden, senior director customer solutions, TiVo
Patrick leads TiVo’s Personalised Content Discovery team in EMEA. He is focused on helping customers implement voice, analytics and recommendation-led entertainment discovery solutions that enable consumers to find and enjoy the entertainment content they love.

Prior to TiVo Patrick held positions at BBC Worldwide, Red Bee Media and Ericsson that focused on delivering high quality metadata to service providers. Patrick holds a bachelor’s degree in English and Classical Studies from University College Dublin and a post-graduate diploma in Broadcast Journalism.

Ashley Grossman, senior manager, Personalisation & Discovery, Liberty Global
Ashley Grossman is the product owner for voice control on Liberty’s brand new ‘Horizon 4’ TV platform which recently launched in Belgium by Telenet. In addition, he is responsible for features including Search, Recommendations and personalisation.

Originally training as a journalist, Ashley has spent a long career in the cable industry focusing on bringing innovative entertainment products to the mass market.

Morvarid Kashanipour, lead product creative, Tele2
Morvarid leads design for Tv Hub, Com Hem Play and Boxer Play products at Com Hem/Tele2. She’s passionate about product design focusing on simplicity and user friendly experience – making lovable products.

For her work she has received numerous awards, among them Red Dot Award 2018 for Tv Hub Android TV set-top box and remote control design, CSI awards 2018 for The Best User Experience and two Connies Awards 2019 in the category of The Best User Experience and International Grand Prix.

Morvarid holds bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Computing from Eastern Mediterranean University in Cyprus and master degree in Interactive Systems Engineering field from Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm, Sweden.
