This in-depth discussion will look at how innovative providers are re-imagining their offerings to drive engagement and loyalty, while considering the impact features such as voice services and personalisation will have on the user experience of the future. The session will also highlight those business KPIs that can be driven up by way of effective content search and discovery capabilities powered by advanced metadata.
