Rob is a consultant, industry analyst, writer and technologist advising international broadcast and media companies, technology vendors and industry associations. He works closely with the IBC conference and is a regular producer and host of IBC365 webinars.
As co-founder of Caretta Research, Rob is working with a team of leading media-tech analysts to transform traditional industry research by focusing on technology buyers and their project priorities, budgets, decisions and choice of vendors.
He supports multiple leading broadcast technology suppliers on product and market strategy, and is advising leading broadcasters and OTT platforms. Rob holds an MBA with Distinction from Imperial College, London.
Matt Blumberg, Senior Product Manager, True Digital Group
Matt is an experienced Product Manager, currently the Head of OTT Product at True Digital Group. He led the launch of True ID TV, now Thailand’s #1 OTT set top box product. He leads the team building True’s OTT & Hybrid set top boxes and smart TV applications.
Krsto Lazić, Sales Manager, iWedia
Krsto is a DTV industry specialist with more than 10 years of experience in one of leading global DTV software companies – iWedia. As an engineer, he participated in pioneering Android based pay-TV products, deployed in millions of operator STB devices worldwide. His current role is the management of iWedia’s key accounts and products. He has recently expanded his field towards in-vehicle infotainment and automotive industry and currently leads IVI product management in TTTech Auto.
Krsto graduated from the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad where he began his PhD studies. His current research area is focused on adaptive streaming protocols and streaming technologies in general.
Mike Shaw, Director of International Ad Sales, Roku
Mike joined Roku via the acquisition of the programmatic platform dataxu in 2019 where he led the business across Europe and APAC in his role as VP, International.
Prior to dataxu, Mike was the VP of Sales UK at comScore. He has co-authored several papers around digital advertising effectiveness and was recognised by the Advertising Research Foundation. Before joining comScore, he spent six years with Forrester Research in the Media team.
