Two additional episodes have been added to the Changemakers Podcast series. Initially consisting of seven episodes featuring trailblazing guests from across the media and entertainment sector, the series has added two more big names to its agenda.

Jabbar Sardar, Global HR Director for BBC Studios, will be talking to Soho Media Club’s Sarah Burbedge about how the company puts its people first and empowers employees, and sharing future plans. Wincie Knight, SVP Global Inclusion, International Markets, Paramount Global, will then offer her insight into the power of weaving inclusion and belonging into the fabric of an organisation and how to do it the right way.

Five times world champion triathlete Lesley Patterson will be talking gratitude, grit and Oscar-winning movies

Two episodes from the original run are also still yet to be released. In the first one, Lesley Patterson, five times world champion triathlete, four times Oscar winner and seven times Bafta Award winner, talks about how a triathlon win helped fund Oscar-winning movie All Quiet on the Western Front and opens up about the importance of gratitude, coaching, grit and determination in wanting to change the world. This is available from 15 September.

The final episode, released on 22 September, is an exclusive interview with Lisa Kelly, Head of Content Innovation & Development, Children in Need, BBC. She shares how Pudsey Bear will be stepping into a sim-rig to drive supercars and dancing his way through this year’s appeal to highlight how gaming for good can celebrate neurodiversity and bridge isolation and loneliness.

Previous guests include Kamal Ahmed, former BBC Editorial Director and now Co-founder of social media news platform The News Movement; actors Fehinti Balogun, Danusia Samal and Will Attenborough; Victoria Murovana, Head of Digital at UA: PBC SUSPILNE; Johan Wahlberg, Head of Digital Partnerships, SVT; and Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer at Warner Brothers Discovery, Asif Sadiq.
