The DSPK-4 digital speaker station is the latest member of the RTS Digital Partyline intercom product family. The versatile four-channel system is available in desktop, flush-mount, and wall-mount versions, each with a variety of power options and headset connectors – including Bluetooth.

Ronald De Kruif, Marketing Applications Design, RTS, said the hybrid IP/digital/analogue unit “can operate in partyline mode with OMS [Omneo Main Station] or in portable keypanel mode with an RTS matrix [Odin/Adam], so one device covers all”.

“It is mainly intended for live PA, theatres and TV studios,” he added.

The IP-based wired speaker station can be easily integrated into existing IT infrastructures, via Ethernet, and is suitable for current partyline users looking to move from analogue systems into the enhanced Dante sound quality and flexible connectivity of digital/IP communications. Its compact, ergonomic design, with full-colour icon-based menu navigation, is claimed to offer quick setup and intuitive operation.
