FOR-A is set to demonstrate a range of IP production solutions powered by broadcast-optimised transport technology from its partner Ammux, alongside practical implementations of 4K UHD and live event broadcast solutions built on NDI connectivity.

For example, a new software-defined IP architecture, integrated with software-based IP technology from Ammux, forms the heart of its latest REMI offering.

FOR-A’s FA-1616 multichannel processor is on show

With low latency encoding and decoding and secure RIST (reliable internet stream transport) for simultaneous video, audio, data, and equipment control streams, the Ammux operating system is optimised specifically for broadcast applications.

Visitors to the FOR-A stand will also be able to view the new FA-1616 multichannel processor with software-defined architecture, which supports the latest requirements for 12G 4K and the hybrid SDI/IP environment. The company describes FA-1616 as an optimal gateway between SDI and IP as well as IP to IP and SDI to SDI as it comes with SMPTE ST-2110 and ST-2022 I/F.

Also on display is FOR-A’s live hybrid production solution, which is both SDI and NDI compatible. The on-stand demonstration shows a live hybrid production solution, incorporating sources such as multiple Zoom feeds.
