The Strive to Rise programme is a practical tool designed to meet the increasing demand for organisations to not only expand and diversify their talent pool but also to actively include, celebrate, champion and promote women and intersectionality within their ranks.

“This is the first year of the Strive to Rise programme,” said Rise Founder Sadie Groom. “It serves as a formal recognition programme for companies committed to achieving gender equality within the workplace and represents a pivotal step towards fostering a more inclusive, equitable and empowered workforce in our industry.”
