For the first time at any trade show, French innovation centre b<>com will be presenting a live 5G demo of the deployment of *Dome*, a private network solution for broadcasters.
Content producers and broadcasters will be able to experience the live production of content via a temporary private infrastructure, which enables the use of wireless cameras connected to the mobile private network via 5G transmitters or the use of a mobile app. These video streams are captured by the cameras, transmitted over the 5G network, then received, decoded and distributed.
Deploying 5G radio coverage for live broadcasting, or organising production studios flexibly and wirelessly, b<>com says *Dome* is “targeted at broadcast professionals looking to innovate”.
