A centrepiece of Samsung’s IBC exhibit will be the IVC series of LEDs which allows virtual production studios to create ultra-large LED walls, such as Samsung’s dedicated display, The Wall.

Black Seal Technology built into the display creates a canvas for purer black levels, with an ultra-low reflective film that has been applied to minimise external light reflection. Plus, with 20-bit processing, The Wall delivers outstanding image quality and a smooth viewing experience, supported by a peak of 2,000 nits providing clearer images.

Samsung maintains that users can experience lifelike levels of texture and volume, and a wide range of shades for virtual content creation. An improved cabinet structure in a 4:9 ratio allows for “flawless” curved installation.

Samsung will be collaborating with production solution specialist White Light at IBC to demonstrate how IVC can be utilised with specially curated content. It will also be exhibiting its latest touch-LED range in collaboration with U-Touch as well as a range of its signage products.
