Tim Felstead offers a deep understanding of the media business, its technology, markets and processes. During a 25 year career Tim has worked in many areas of our industry including Software Engineering, Product Management, Sales Management and Marketing Management.
In the past Tim has worked for Thomson Broadcast, Grass Valley, Harris (Imagine Communications), ATG Danmon and Snell Advanced Media.
His primary role at Rohde and Schwarz is to bring insight to the current and future needs of our customers and help plot our product development and business path forward. He is actively involved with the IABM (International Association of Broadcast Manufacturers), a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and has been involved with the Alliance for IP Media Solutions group since its inception in late 2015.

Kathy Bienz has 20+ years’ experience in the broadcast and media industry with major players such as Grass Valley, ChyronHego, Imagine Communications/Harris/Leitch, Snell Advanced Media (SAM) and most recently with the IABM, spanning roles including product management of flagship products/solutions, channels/field management, and technical marketing management.
As a passionate industry professional, she has a strong history of understanding the needs of her audiences, building deep relationships and driving significant contributions to industry provider organisations, systems integrators/channel partners and end users.

Jurgita has 20 years’ experience in B2B, B2C, broadcasting, media, news, technology, digital, consulting and international corporate sectors. She has extensive experience implementing technology enabled change across major flagship programmes for BBC and Bloomberg, and she is the COO for a mobile centric financial services start-up.
Marquis has worked on a wide range of projects in recent years which have included large scale transformation at MBC (Dubai), EBC (Ethiopia), Aljazeera (Qatar), and a major public-sector television and radio organisation in the Far East.
