PTZOptics and HuddleCam HD have launched four new cameras, with a line of PTZ cameras, webcams and all-in-one content creation tools due to ship this winter.
The PTZOptics Move is a new line of advanced PTZ cameras. Every Move has outputs for SDI, HDMI, USB and IP, with either 12x, 20x or 30x optical zooms, all with auto-tracking.
There are Move 4K and Move Pro models, all capable of 4K at 60fps (1080p at 60fps over SDI), with built-in tally light. Additional Pro features include: upgraded optical lens and quieter motor; beam-forming microphones for audio-driven auto-tracking; and LED display of video resolution and IP address.
The all-in-one PTZOptics Studio Pro camera has a 12x optical zoom, a 72.5° field-of-view and a built-in noise-cancelling microphone array, making it suitable for content creation and live streaming.
It uses an advanced time-of-flight sensor for rapid focus on new or moving subjects, can swap between landscape and portrait mode, and comes with an IR remote and USB-powered lighting (with a cold shoe adapter for mounting).
It can be mounted to a laptop or tripod or used handheld and features simultaneous HDMI, USB and IP output - it comes with native NDI|HX for easy integration. It can be powered via USB, 12vDC, or PoE.
Also new is HuddleCam HD’s MiniTrack 4K Pro, bringing auto-tracking and auto-framing capabilities to a webcam form factor and price point. This versatile, plug-and-play is said to be ideal for videoconferencing, live streaming, lecture capture and more in small and medium spaces. The USB 3.0 camera includes electronic pan, tilt, zoom controls with no motorised parts, and offers AI-assisted settings to adjust the shot.
“The Move is an exciting addition to our PTZ camera line, offering all the advanced capabilities our broadcast customers have been asking for. The Studio Pro and the MiniTrack have reimagined the webcam for the flexible work and content creator economies,” said Paul Richards, CRO, PTZOptics.
